4. Trademark & Brand Identity Protection

The name "Padho24", the logo, and the "AI-Mitra" persona are registered trademarks. Any deceptive use of these marks to create "Look-alike" services will result in immediate legal action for passing-off and brand dilution.

5. Content Monitoring & IP Tracking

Padho24.com employs Dynamic User-Specific Watermarking. Each piece of content is digitally tagged. If content is found leaked online, our system will automatically identify the source account, leading to:

  1. Instant and Permanent termination of the account without refund.
  2. Filing of a First Information Report (FIR) under the IT Act.

6. Copyright Infringement Claims (DMCA)
