1. Acceptance of Academic Terms

By accessing and using Padho24.com ("the Platform"), you agree to abide by the academic and operational guidelines of our institution. Our "Hybrid Learning Model" is designed for Board Excellence and Future Skills; failure to follow the prescribed study path may affect performance results.

2. Description of Hybrid Service

Padho24.com provides a comprehensive 12-month academic ecosystem for Class 10–12. Our service commitment includes:

  • Dual-Stream Learning: Live interactive classes with physical classroom discipline.
  • Digital Continuity: 24/7 access to the AI-Integrated Portal for revision and backlog clearance.
  • Skill Integration: Mandatory 12-month Future-Ready modules (AI, Coding, etc.) alongside Board subjects.
  • Progress Tracking: Real-time AI-based performance analytics for students and parents.

3. Registration & Scholarship Policy

We are looking for students who are serious about their future and driven to succeed. To support this vision, we have updated our policy:

  • Free Scholarship Test: Registration for our Scholarship/Entrance tests is now completely free. We prioritize your potential and commitment over registration fees.
  • Account Integrity: Registration must be completed by a parent/guardian for students under the age of 18.
  • Data Accuracy: All academic records provided during registration must be accurate for official board and enrollment purposes.
  • Student Commitment: This free opportunity is reserved for students who are proactive about their academic goals and personal growth.

4. Withdrawal & Content Consumption Policy

To ensure institutional sustainability and protect proprietary digital content, the following refund rules apply:

  • April Session: Withdrawal requests are valid only within the first 7 days of the April start. A 25% administrative & digital licensing fee will be retained.
  • Mid-Session Admissions (Post-April): Students joining mid-session (e.g., July) receive Instant Digital Access to all previous lectures, notes, and tests desde April. Since the student consumes the entire previous curriculum digitally upon login, no refund requests are valid for admissions secured after 30th April.
  • Fee Liability: In mid-session admissions, the student is liable for the full academic session's fees as they are provided with the complete year's digital resources immediately.

5. Intellectual Property & Digital Protection

All materials including AI Predicted Papers, Recorded Lectures, and Skill Modules are the exclusive property of Padho24.com. Sharing account credentials, screen-recording content, or distributing study materials is strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate termination of services without refund.

6. Academic Conduct & Discipline

Students must maintain a professional decorum. Prohibited behavior includes:

  • Disrupting live sessions or physical classroom flow.
  • Unethical use of AI-Mitra for cheating in internal assessments.
  • Non-payment of dues: A late fee of ₹100/day applies after the 10th of every month to maintain uninterrupted portal access.

7. Privacy & Data Security

We use AI to analyze student performance. By using the platform, you consent to the collection of learning data (test scores, watch-time, doubt patterns) to provide personalized learning recommendations as per our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or academic services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gwalior, M.P.
