Padho24.com Brain Boost 250 – Terms & Conditions

Effective for Academic Session 2026–27

By registering for the Padho24.com Brain Boost 250 contest, every participant and their parent/guardian agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

1. The contest is open only to students of Class 10 and Class 12 studying under the CBSE Board.
2. Only Science (PCM) students are eligible to participate.
3. The participant must provide correct and complete information at the time of registration.
4. Padho24.com reserves the right to reject or cancel any registration containing incorrect, misleading, or false information.

2. Registration

1. Registration period: 01 July 2026 to 20 July 2026.
2. Registration is completed only after successful payment of the registration fee.
3. Registration Fee: ₹199 (Non-Refundable).
4. Once paid, the registration fee will not be refunded under any circumstances, including cancellation by the participant, absence from the contest, disqualification, internet issues, or any other reason.

3. Minimum Registration Requirement

1. The contest will begin only after receiving:
   • 100 successful paid registrations for Class 10, and
   • 100 successful paid registrations for Class 12.
2. If the required minimum registrations are not achieved, Padho24.com reserves the right to extend the registration period or postpone the contest.
3. Participants will be informed through the official website regarding any change in schedule.

4. Contest Format

1. The contest consists of 250 MCQ questions.
2. One question will be published every day.
3. Each question will be available daily at 9:00 PM.
4. Participants must submit their answer before 9:15 PM.
5. Responses submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.

5. Eligibility for Final Ranking

1. Out of 250 questions, a participant must answer at least 220 questions to become eligible for the final ranking.
2. Participants answering fewer than 220 questions will not be considered for the prize.

6. Winner Selection

The system will determine the provisional topper using the following criteria:

1. Highest number of correct answers.
2. If two or more participants have the same number of correct answers, the participant with the least total response time across all eligible questions will rank higher.

This ranking is provisional and does not guarantee the prize.

7. Offline Final Verification Test (Mandatory)

1. The provisional topper must appear for an Offline Verification Test at the Padho24.com center.
2. The offline verification test is mandatory for claiming the prize.
3. The test will consist of 10 randomly selected questions from the same pool of 250 contest questions.
4. The participant must not only provide the correct answer but also clearly explain the method, concept, and reasoning used to reach the answer.
5. The purpose of this test is to verify that the participant genuinely solved the online contest independently.
6. Only after successfully demonstrating genuine knowledge in the offline verification test will the participant be declared the Final Winner.

8. Failure in Offline Verification

Padho24.com reserves the right to disqualify the provisional topper if:

• The participant fails to demonstrate adequate understanding of the selected questions.
• The participant is unable to explain the method used to arrive at the answers.
• There is a significant mismatch between online performance and offline knowledge.
• The participant fails to appear for the offline verification test on the scheduled date without prior approval.
• The participant is found to have used unfair means during the contest.

In such cases, Padho24.com may conduct verification of the next eligible participant according to the final ranking.

9. Fair Play Policy

Participants must complete the contest honestly.

The following are considered unfair practices:

• Using another person to answer questions.
• Using multiple accounts.
• Providing false personal information.
• Attempting to manipulate rankings.
• Sharing or obtaining answers through organized unfair means.
• Any activity intended to gain an unfair advantage.

Padho24.com reserves the right to investigate suspicious activities and disqualify participants whenever necessary.

10. Prize

1. Prize Amount: ₹21,000.
2. The prize will be awarded only after successful completion of the offline verification process.
3. The prize is non-transferable.
4. Padho24.com may require identity verification before releasing the prize.

11. Identity Verification

Participants may be required to produce:

• School Identity Card, or
• Aadhaar Card, or
• Any other valid government/school identity document.

Failure to verify identity may result in disqualification.

12. Technical Issues

Padho24.com shall not be responsible for:

• Slow internet connection.
• Mobile or computer malfunction.
• Browser issues.
• Power failure.
• Network interruption.
• Any technical issue from the participant's side.

Participants are advised to ensure a stable internet connection.

13. Modification of Rules

Padho24.com reserves the right to modify, update, postpone, suspend, or cancel the contest due to technical, administrative, legal, or unforeseen circumstances. Any such changes will be published on the official website.

14. Organizer's Decision

The decision of Padho24.com regarding registrations, rankings, verification, eligibility, disqualification, and prize distribution shall be final and binding on all participants. No legal dispute or correspondence regarding the evaluation process shall be entertained.

15. Acceptance

By registering for the Padho24.com Brain Boost 250 contest, every participant and their parent/guardian confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the above Terms & Conditions.
