Institutional Integrity Notice

These terms ensure a disciplined learning environment and the safety of our educational ecosystem. Enrollment at Padho24.com implies acceptance of these academic standards.

1. Digital & Classroom Continuity

Padho24.com provides a High-Availability Hybrid Model to ensure learning never stops, regardless of physical constraints.

  • Dual-Channel Access: Students have the unconditional right to switch between physical classes and Live Interactive Sessions or Recordings in case of illness or travel.
  • Constant Service Availability: As the digital library is accessible 24/7, physical absence is not considered a lack of service and does not waive fee commitments.

2. Annual Academic Commitment

Admission is a full-session academic commitment. This ensures the student receives a complete 12-month structured curriculum and mental development cycle.

Mid-Session Admission: Late enrollees are provided immediate access to all previous recordings, study modules, and bridge courses. Hence, the standard annual fee applies to maintain system parity.

3. Standard Fee Installment Schedule

To maintain high-quality infrastructure and faculty standards, the following installment schedule is followed:

IV - Final Dues By 10th of October Remaining 2 Months Fees Finalized
* Payments are accepted via Cash, UPI, or Secure Online Gateways.
Note: Total session fees must be cleared within 6 months of admission (by October) to ensure continuous access to the curriculum and digital library.

4. Administrative Discipline & Late Fees

  • Late Fee: A contribution of ₹100 per day towards the student welfare fund will be applicable for payments after the due date.
  • Authorized Extensions: Extension of dates requires a Written Approval from the management, requested at least 7 days in advance. Verbal requests are not processed.

5. Withdrawal & Registration Terms

Applicable only for the April Session:

  • 7-Day Evaluation: Withdrawal requests must be formally submitted within the first 7 days of the session.
  • Processing Charges: A standard 25% Processing & Onboarding fee is retained to cover irreversible digital license costs and administrative setup.
  • Standard Rule: No refund requests are valid after the 7-day window or for admissions secured after April.
  • Asset Clearance: Refund is subject to clearing all institutional dues and returning kits in original condition.

6. Safety & Security Protocol (Zero Tolerance)

To protect our learning community and intellectual property, enrollment is subject to immediate termination with 100% fee forfeiture in cases of:

  • Credential Integrity: Sharing personal LMS login credentials, passwords, or OTPs with any non-registered individual or third party.
  • Content Protection: Unauthorized redistribution, screen-recording, or sharing of proprietary materials, including video lectures, digital notes, and AI-powered test modules.
  • Platform Sabotage: Any attempt to bypass digital security layers, use of VPNs to manipulate access, or reverse-engineering the Padho24.com software.
  • Institutional Reputation: Spreading malicious rumors, baseless negative feedback, or engaging in "De-branding" activities on social media or public forums that may harm the reputation of Padho24.com.
  • Behavioral Discipline: Any instance of physical violence, bullying, use of abusive language toward faculty, staff, or peers, both inside the premises or on digital platforms.
  • Property Damage: Intentional damage to physical infrastructure, computer labs, or digital assets belonging to the institution.
Note: Such activities may also invite legal proceedings under the Information Technology (IT) Act and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) laws of India.

7. Legal Framework

  • Jurisdiction: All legal matters are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Gwalior, M.P.
  • Management Decision: The interpretation of institutional rules by Padho24.com management shall be final.
