Ek saath padhai bhi, mobile bhi, TV bhi. Brain efficiently ek kaam kar sakta hai. Multitasking se productivity 40% tak gir jati hai.

Galti 5: Sleep Sacrifice Karna

Sochte hain "zindagi mein itna time kahan, so kar time waste karna?" Lekin 7-8 hours sleep nahi lene se brain properly kaam nahi karta, yaad karna mushkil ho jata hai.

Pomodoro Technique

25 minutes study, 5 minutes break. Isse brain fresh rehta hai aur focus bana rahta hai. 4 cycles ke baad 15-20 min ka long break.

80-20 Rule (Pareto)

20% topics se 80% marks aate hain. Pehle important topics identify karo aur unpe focus karo. Time waste mat karo difficult topics mein agar easy mein marks zyada hain.

To-Do List Method

Raat ko sone se pehle kal ke 5 most important tasks likho. Subah uthke pehle woh karo. Task complete karne ka satisfaction confidence deta hai.

Eisenhower Matrix

Kaam ko 4 categories mein divide karo: Urgent & Important, Important but Not Urgent, Urgent but Not Important, Neither.

Digital Detox

Study ke time mobile airplane mode par rakh do. Social media ke liye fixed time rakho - jaise 7-8 PM. Baaki time phone use mat karo.

TV/Web Series (2-3 hours daily)

"Ek episode dekh leta hoon" - poora season khatam ho jata hai. Study ke time TV band rakhna best hai.

Friends ke saath group discussions, calls, messages - inme bhi bahut time waste hota hai.
